Fitness has always been a part of my life, but about 10 years ago I made the decision to take it seriously and truly understand how to train and fuel my body the right way. After having my second child at 36, I completely transformed my physique through consistent training, structured nutrition, and discipline and that experience is what drives my passion for helping others do the same.
I stayed active and trained throughout my entire pregnancy, maintaining my strength and fitness the whole time. That consistency played a huge role in how quickly I was able to recover and get back into shape postpartum, and it’s something I now help other women safely achieve during and after pregnancy.
I specialize in women’s fitness, including strength training and body recomposition, helping women build lean, toned physiques while feeling confident in their bodies. I also work with pregnant and postpartum clients, focusing on safe, effective training that supports their bodies through every stage.
In addition, I focus on helping women navigate hormonal changes, including perimenopause and menopause. I understand how these shifts impact the body, metabolism, and results, and I tailor training and nutrition strategies to work with the body not against it.
My approach is all about results and sustainability. I don’t believe in wasting time on workouts that don’t serve a purpose, everything I program is intentional and tailored to each client’s goals, experience level, and lifestyle.
